Aequitas EU Market Passport, by Digital Aequitas Strategy. Where algorithms meet accountability.
Compliance-stream separation
A design principle in the engine: distinct legal regimes are never conflated. Transparency towards users and the public, machine-readable technical marking of AI content, platform-type obligations, and material prohibitions for specific content categories are treated separately, each with its own legal basis. This is about keeping regimes distinct, and is separate from the twelve legal domains the Passport screens.
Rule pack governance
Every legal rule carries its instrument, article, status, applicability date where staggered, official source, and last-reviewed date. Each generated report shows, per finding, the rule ID, article, status, source and review date, and lists the rule pack versions used. Deprecated rules keep their history; direct rule browsing is restricted to authorised internal review.
Public policies
Our public policy documents are being finalised and will appear here once reviewed and published.
