Purpose

This notice defines the legal nature of outputs produced by Aequitas EU Market Passport, a legal-tech product supplied by Digital Aequitas Strategy S.R.L., Trade Register no. J2026017841005, CUI 54278430, with registered office at 42A Semenicului Street, Bocsa, Caras-Severin County, Romania.

What the product provides

Aequitas EU Market Passport provides preliminary compliance mapping, structured legal-risk indicators, source traceability and an evidence-based self-assessment for business planning. The Full Passport Report is generated from customer answers and versioned rule packs.

What the product does not provide

The product does not provide individual legal advice, create a lawyer-client relationship, certify compliance, guarantee market access or replace qualified review of the customer's facts, contracts, product and target Member States. A report is not an approval by an EU institution, national authority, notified body, market-surveillance authority or payment provider.

Customer responsibility and legal change

Customers remain responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their answers and for obtaining specialised advice where the report recommends it. EU rules may have staggered application dates, national implementation measures or sector-specific requirements. Each report must be interpreted by reference to its generation date, rule-pack version and cited source status.
